FutureTech-13 Registration

 

The following registration rules are applied to the FutureTech-13 conference. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to Prof. Hwa-Young Jeong ([email protected]) or FTRA Conference Manager ([email protected]).

 

Registration Deadline

All attendees at FutureTech-13 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by May 30, 2023. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues.

Registration Fees

 

Author Registration

·         Early Registration by May 30, 2023 - Euro 580 or KRW 780,000₩

·         Late/on-site registration is not available.

·         To be published in the FutureTech-13 conference proceeding, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at this author registration rate and the paper must be presented at the conference.

·         It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, welcome reception fee, and banquet fee.

Non-Authors Participation Registration

·         Early Registration by May 30, 2023 - Euro 450 or KRW 600,000₩

·         Late/on-site registration after May 30, 2023 - Euro 580 or KRW 800,000₩

·         It includes one proceeding, keynote speech, welcome reception fee, and banquet fee.

Additional Fees

·         Extra pages

o    Euro 100 or KRW 100,000₩ for one additional page.

o    It is only concerned to the LNEE publication, and page allowance is as follows: maximum 8 pages (Free 6 pages + 2 additional pages for each paper).

·         Copies of proceedings

o    Euro 100 or KRW 100,000₩ for one copy of additional proceeding.

·         Reception/Banquet Participation

o    Euro 100 or KRW 100,000₩ for one person

Organization members or PC members can use a voucher (Euro 60$ or KRW 80,000₩) for the deduction of a registration (please do not use this voucher with two or more registrations. It can be used for only one registration).

 

Discount Program for multiple accepted papers

If an author has accepted two or three papers, we will provide him/her with discount registration fee as follow;
