Paper Submission
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit papers presenting contributions of theoretical, experimental or application nature, or that report unique experiences in the field. Papers should describe original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal.
Authors should submit full paper with 8 pages and short paper with 4 pages in IEEE format including figures, tables, and references.
Authors are requested to use the IEEE Conference Proceedings format (US letter size, available for download here: IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings ) for submission.
Papers should be submitted by using online system for review. Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least three Technical Program Committee members.
