Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least three members of the International Program Committee.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Press(IEEE eXpress Conference Publishing group) and will be included in the IEEE Xplorer.
Authors should submit full paper with 8 pages, regular paper with 6 pages, and short paper with 4 pages in length by using online systems for review.
Distinguished papers accepted and presented in EM-Com 2009, after further revisions, will be published in the special issues of the following international journals:
