Proceedings
Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least
two members of the International Program Committee.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE Press and will be included in the IEEE Xplorer.
Authors should submit full paper with 8 pages, regular paper with 6 pages, and short paper with 4 pages in length by using online systems for review.
Special Issues :
Distinguished selected papers accepted and presented in MPIS-2009,
after further revisions, will be published in the
Special Issue (confirmed) AT The Computer Journal http://comjnl.oxfordjournals.org/ or
